The mobile home Prestige Deluxe air conditioning is one of our most luxurious and comfortable mobile homes. Ideal for families who love space. The mobile homes have a cosy atmosphere and modern furnishings. The mobile homes are located on spacious plots. This allows you to enjoy peace and quiet during your holiday. The mobile homes sleep 6 people.
The Prestige Deluxe mobile home has a comfortable, fully covered wooden terrace, so you can enjoy the terrace even during the hottest hours of the day or during the rain. Naturally, the Prestige Deluxe also has air conditioning, which can also be used as heating in the early or late season. Max 3 adults and 3 children.

Living room with cosy dining/sitting area and fully equipped kitchen with fridge with freezer compartment, 4-ring gas hob, kettle and Senseo coffee machine. Master bedroom with double bed (140 x 195) and 2 bedrooms with 2 x single beds (80 x 195). Bathroom with bathroom furniture, washbasin, shower and toilet. The spacious covered wooden veranda is equipped with garden furniture and 2 sun loungers. Thanks to French doors to the terrace, you can dine outside and enjoy nature.

Particularities

• Barbecue aloud (not on terrace)
• You can either bring your own barbecue of buy one in the centre of Borken.
• Extra 2-persons tent aloud on request. The maximum number of people for the accommodation may not be exceeded. Surcharge from € 10,- p.n.
• Pets allowed (on request) only in number 64. Surcharge of  € 10,- per night.
• Shared parking space for 1 car per accommodation. 2nd car costs € 2,50 per night.
• Check-in time 15.00 – 19.00 uur
• Check out time 08.00 – 10.00 uur
• The campsite is car-free, so your children can play safely. You can park your car in the central parking lot (not next to the accommodation). Off course we will be happy to bring your luggage (and groceries) to your accommodation.
• Due to the privacy and tranquility of our guests as well as the total number of guests allowed, it is not possible to receive visitors.

To pay by booking

• Cleaning fee € 60,-

To pay at the campsite

• Security deposit € 50. You will receive the amount back after your stay if you leave your accommodation in accordance with the terms (broom clean). Do you pay the deposit by card? The amount will be refunded within 10 working days after your departure.
• Environment contribution € 10,- per stay
• Hygiene contribution € 12,- for extra cleaning and disinfection of the playgrounds, accommodations and sanitary houses
